Introduction

Hi there,
   My name is Elliott Clarke, I live in a liittle village in rural Leicestershire called Shearsby.
I grew up around food and all my fondest memories are of this. From my Grandparents saturday dinners to my Mothers never ending supply of home made treats. I trained as a butcher and also as a chef, I still do both and coupled with my love for wine, ale and single malts I thought it was time to share.
 I aim to publish my recipies, tips, reviews and findings plus all the things I have yet to discover. Over the last 10 years I have built up a wide and varied knowledge of the food industry and coupled with my own discoverys of food and drink I want to now pass them on.
 This is the first step in what I hope will be a vast and exciting voyage in to my world and everything I have to offer x
