Quick Wednesday dinner

Hey guys,
Been ill today so just had a quick bite to eat this evening, we had stuffed field mushrooms with Italian ham and mature cheddar. Quite simply place your de-stalked mushrooms in a large oven tray and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper, in a bowl mix 100g chopped Italian or any kind of ham, the chopped up stalks of the mushrooms, 200g grated mature cheddar, salt and pepper then mix all together and fill the mushrooms. Make sure you press it in well, top with a final grating of Parmesan and a good knob of butter. Put them in a pre-heated oven at 200c for 15 minutes until they are bubbling and golden. Serve with a simple green salad and a glass of something nice! Unfortunately that was only water for me tonight:(. Any way give them ago and by all means add any extras you like to them, herbs, garlic etc. Have a good night x
