Hi guys,
Sorry it's been a while since the last post, been really busy at work. Anyway, on the way home the other day picked up a fantastic bottle of Carta Roja Jumilla, with it's deeply inviting fruity nose with fabulous notes of vanilla and oak it then leads to an explosion of rich cherries, dark chocolate and smooth vanilla, and then your left with a fruity smokiness which comes from the fact that it is aged in oak barrels, this is an amazing wine and seriously recommend you give it a go. Served up with a generous plate of good blue cheese, I recommend a good English one and some sweet biscuits, this is my food and drink heaven x
